April 2nd DAILY ANNOUNCEMENTS:

ACTIVITIES:
Students, this is a reminder about the schedule tomorrow, Tuesday, April 13th:

Seniors will stay home and get caught up on work. Be sure to complete all of your PGP activities in Naviance.

Juniors will be taking the ACT exam. Arrive to school ready to test no later than 7:50 AM. Latecomers will not be admitted to the testing rooms and will be unable to test. Find your testing room location today! Room lists are posted in the Main Office, Flag Hall, and Lower C. Please see Ms. Jarvis or Ms. Wallerick with any questions.

Sophomores, enjoy the zoo! Your bus will leave right away in the morning.

Freshmen will be taking the  the MN Civics Exam in Social Studies. Be sure to arrive to class with a fully charged Chromebook. You will be testing electronically! Please see your Social Studies teacher with any questions.


ATHLETICS:

Girls Lacrosse tryouts are today. Please meet in Activity Center courts 3 & 4 at 4:30pm. Be sure to
bring warm clothes for outdoors.

All baseball players should meet in the Jefferson Activity Center at 2:45pm today.

CAREER CENTER:
The Career Spotlight Speaker of the Week will be from the Mall of America Marketing department. Come to the career center this Friday, April 6th at 10am if you’re interested in learning more about marketing.

Seniors, the Born Again Jock Scholarship is due tomorrow. You can find the application in Naviance and turn it in at the Career Center.

MISC:
Rea Banerjee, a 10th grader in the Dimensions Academy high school program, earned the top score on the AMAYTC Student Math League exam this year at Normandale Community College.  She will be recognized by Normandale this spring with a cash prize and an award from the math department. Congratulations to Rea!
