*There has been a change in the audition dates for the fall play, The Mousetrap. Auditions will be held at 3pm on Tuesday, May 29th and Wednesday, May 30th with callbacks on May 31st.

*ATTENTION 9TH GRADERS WHO HAVE NOT SCHEDULED THEIR MAP MATH MAKE UP TEST. Check your Jefferson email account for information about how to schedule your test. Please schedule your test before Thursday, May 24th.

*All books, book fines and Chromebook fees are due by this Friday, May 25th in the Media Center. Obligations may be viewed in Infinite Campus under Fees.  Any student with a book out after May 25th will be assessed a $5 late fee.  Please see the Media Center staff if you have questions.
*Just a reminder that tonight is Award Night. If you have been notified that you are receiving an academic letter or academic decile award, please pick up your name reader card from the table outside of the counseling office before 6:55 PM this evening.

*The fall play has been chosen! Jefferson Theater Company will be performing “The Mousetrap” a mystery written by Agatha Christie. Auditions will be held on Tuesday, May 29th starting at 3:00 p.m. with callbacks the following day. Make sure to download your audition forms! If you have any questions contact a JTC theatre captain.

*Do you have any interest in racing sailboats?  The new Jefferson Sailing Team will be holding an open house on Saturday, May 26th from 1-3pm at the Minneapolis Sailing Center. No experience is necessary and boats will be provided.

*Seniors, all equipment is due Wednesday, May 30th. Chromebooks and chargers will be assessed and collected during 6th period after final exams.  If you do not have a 6th period class please return your equipment to the Media Center before leaving the building after your last class of the term. *Prom tickets are now available in the Main Office before and after school. Tickets are $40 each and must be paid for with a check made out to ISD271. Pick up guest forms in the Counseling Office if you plan to bring a guest from another school. Don’t wait until the last minute! All obligations must be cleared before you will be allowed to purchase your tickets. Avoid the long lines by buying as soon as possible!

*The Twin Cities Teen Lit Con will be held from 10AM-4PM this Saturday, May 12th, at Chaska High School. There will be 11 amazing authors, breakout sessions, & an Exhibit Hall with book arts, book signings, & much more. Connect with your favorite authors, attend workshops for writers and explore other aspects of being a part of a reading community. The event is free and open to the public. No registration is required. For more information, please see Mrs. Dorn in the Media Center.
