ATHLETICS:
There will be a Girls Track and Field Meeting tomorrow in room C19 during the 2nd half of Advisory.

Attention wrestlers: Those needing transportation to Kennedy for wrestling practice after school should meet the van at the Activity door at 3pm.

CAREER CENTER:
A representative from the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology will be visiting Jefferson this Thursday at 12:30pm.  See Mrs. Wallerick in the Career Center with any questions.

Seniors: There will be a STRIVE meeting on Wednesday morning at 7:45am in the red flex space.

Trimester 2 parking permits that were purchased online can be picked up in the Main Office.

CAREER CENTER:
The University of Wisconsin-River Falls will be here today at 9:00 am. It is not too late to come and meet with them.

MISC:
TJ Coffeehouse is open for business today until 10:15. The specialty drink of the day is Peppermint Mocha Latte. Please enter the coffeehouse near the gyms and exit near the salad bar location. To make transactions run as smoothly as possible, please bring one dollar bills for your purchase.

Remember to bring non-perishable food items to your first hour class next week for the food drive. The class with the most donations will win a prize.

Don’t forget to check the Lost and Found tables in Flag Hall for missing coats, hats, lunch bags, and more. If you’re missing smaller items such as keys, jewelry, water bottles, glasses or other valuables, please check with Mrs. Clark in the Main Office.  Items not claimed by the end of the school day today will be donated.

A science reminder: the Jefferson Science Olympiad team meets after school today and every Thursday in room C127. If you missed the first meeting there is still time to join the team.

Speech Team: There will be a team meeting tonight from 6:30 to 7:30 PM in Mr. Sieling's room, B104.  We are deciding on speechwear...so please be there!  See Mr. Sieling Friday morning if you can’t attend the meeting.

Congratulations to all Jag Pride Trimester 1 Award Recipients! Please come to the auditorium tomorrow, Wednesday, December 6 at 7:15 a.m. to receive your award certificate and to enjoy treats for and your guests. All staff and teachers are welcome to attend.

This is a reminder to all students that the building will close daily at 3:30pm except for the last school day of each week when the building will close at 2:50pm. All students not involved in an adult-supervised after school activity must leave the building or wait for their ride by Door #1.  Please plan your after-school activities and rides accordingly. This policy will remain in effect throughout the school year.

There will be a Girls Lacrosse Informational meeting tonight at 7:30pm in the Cafeteria.

The Jefferson Gymnastics Team took first place at their invitational meet at Simley High School over the weekend. Special placements were achieved by Mia Schafer, Francesca Schack, Liz Joyce, Hannah Mellesmoen, and Nameera Mellesmoen. Congratulations to these students and to the entire gymnastics team.

CAREER CENTER:
Just a reminder from the Career Center that a representative from the University of Nebraska, Lincoln will be here this morning at 10am. This is a great opportunity for you to talk to a representative from a Big 10 school. Register now in Naviance.
