December 4th DAILY ANNOUNCEMENTS:

ACTIVITIES:
It's not too late to join in the Latin/World History trip to Italy! Deadline for enrollment is December 15th. Go online and sign up at worldstrides.com/enroll.  See Mr. or Ms. Johnson if you have any questions.

ATHLETICS:
There will be a Girls Lacrosse Informational meeting tonight at 7:30pm in the Cafeteria.

The Jefferson Gymnastics Team took first place at their invitational meet at Simley High School over the weekend. Special placements were achieved by Mia Schafer, Francesca Schack, Liz Joyce, Hannah Mellesmoen, and Nameera Mellesmoen. Congratulations to these students and to the entire gymnastics team.

CAREER CENTER:
Just a reminder from the Career Center that a representative from the University of Nebraska, Lincoln will be here this morning at 10am. This is a great opportunity for you to talk to a representative from a Big 10 school. Register now in Naviance.

MISC:
Students who ordered a Trimester 2 parking permit online may pick it up from Ms. Duffy in the Main Office.

Students who had Trimester 1 Psychology, please return your textbooks to Mr. Eggers as soon as possible.

All 6th period Forensics students should report the the Band Room, E102, for class today.

Seniors, be sure to stop by the Counseling Office to verify your name for graduation. The sign off sheet is on Ms. Reilly’s desk. You may only sign off on your OWN NAME. The counseling office is open Monday-Friday from 7:00am to 3:30pm. You must check your name by Friday, December 15th.

In preparation for the new trimester, the Commons will be closed to all students for the next two weeks.  PSEO and Online students can use the Media Center during this time period.

This is a reminder to all students that the building will close daily at 3:30pm except for the last school day of each week when the building will close at 2:50pm. All students not involved in an adult-supervised after school activity must leave the building or wait for their ride by Door #1.  Please plan your after-school activities and rides accordingly. This policy will remain in effect throughout the school year.
