Jefferson Theatre Company presents “The Importance of Being Earnest”

Come see what happens when one of London’s most eligible bachelors leads a double life and becomes

Meet in room B104 today after school for an important meeting.  See Mr. Sieling on Thursday if you are not able to be there.

Athletics:

The Nordic Ski Team is holding their kick-off meeting Tuesday, October 27^th, at 6:30pm in the Orchestra room. All current, new and prospective skiers and their parents are invited to attend. You will be able to meet the coaches and learn about equipment requirements. To learn more about the Nordic Ski team, please check their website at jeffersonnordic.shutterfly.com.

Congratulations to the boy’s soccer team on their 1-0 win over crosstown rival Kennedy.  Tyler Remirsma scored the winning goal on a header with an assist to Jay Johnson.  Joe Engel extended his shut out streak to 6 games, as the Jaguars are undefeated in their last 6 games.

It's a BLACK OUT!!  Come cheer on your Jaguar Volleyball team Thursday, Oct 8 @ 7pm as they take on conference rival Chaska!

Career center:

Admissions representatives from three schools will be visiting Jefferson on Thursday, October 8.  Iowa State University at 10:30 in the maker space room in the media center, Buena Vista University at 10:30 in the career center, and Northland College at 1:30 in the career center.  Please sign up today in the career center If you would like to attend any of these sessions.

​The PSAT is next Wednesday!  If you have not paid your $25 registration fee, you need to get this in as soon as possible.  Please bring your check or cash to Ms. Linscheid in the career center from 9:30-3, or the counseling office outside of these hours.
