Jefferson Theatre Company presents “The Importance of Being Earnest”
Come see what happens when one of London’s most eligible bachelors leads
a double life and becomes “Earnest” to escape his duties.
There will be an informational meeting for Math Team on Monday,
Oct. 12thin C102. Please see Ms. Woods if you cannot make it.
Jefferson Basketball Cheerleading is holding tryouts Monday, October 19
& 21st from 3:00-4:00 at the JAC court 1.
Detention will be in room C116 after school at 2:45.
Athletics:
The Nordic Ski Team is
holding their kick-off meeting Tuesday, October 27th, at 6:30pm in
the Orchestra room. All current, new and prospective skiers and their parents
are invited to attend. You will be able to meet the coaches and learn about
equipment requirements. To learn more about the Nordic Ski team, please check

Career center:
Two
college admissions reps will be visiting Jefferson on Wednesday: Luther
College at 8:15 and Jefferson alum DJ Erickson for St. Olaf College
at 1:00. If you are interested in speaking with either or both of
these reps, please sign up today in the Career Center.
A
recruiter from the US National Guard will be in the Career Center on
Wednesday during lunches. If you would like to meet with him, please
stop in the Career Center to sign up.
