ACTIVITIES:
The cheerleaders will be selling homecoming garters every day this week
during lunch in the lunchroom. Garters are $10 each. Thank you for
your support!
Congratulations to
Renee Szafraniec and Michelle Wang for breaking to octofinals in varsity policy
debate at the Mid-American Cup in Des Moines this weekend. They did
well in prelims and won in double octofinals. It was a great start
to our season!
Career center:
For
students interested in attending a Christian college, there is a Christian
College Fair taking place Tuesday September 29 from7-9pm at New
Life Academy in Woodbury. Check the Career Center announcements on the JHS
Career Center webpage or stop by the Career Center for more information.
A representative from
Pacific Lutheran University in Tacoma, Washington will be in the Career Center
on Wednesday, September 30 at 10:30. Please sign up in the Career
Center to get a pass.
