May 6th DAILY ANNOUNCEMENTS

Seniors:

-If you are interested in giving a speech at your graduation, scripts are due to Mrs. Duffy in the main office this Wednesday by 3:30. Tryouts are Thursday, May 7^th, 2:30 in room C29.

-If you are entering the military after graduation, see Mrs. Duffy in the main office.

-Please report your scholarships to Mrs. Duffy in the main office.

ACTIVITIES:

Prom tickets are on sale till 5/15 in the main office (before/after school and during lunch). The cost of a ticket is $35.00; checks only written out to ISD 271 will be accepted for payment. Please check the obligation list for you and your date. All obligations must be paid before you or your date may purchase your ticket. If you are bring a guest to Prom your form is due on or before 5/13 @ 3:00pm.

Exercise your right to vote JHS.  The election for student body co-presidents is this Friday May 8th at lunch.  The election for class representatives will be next Tuesday May 12th at lunch.  Be heard Jefferson, vote!

Congratulations for another successful food drive Jefferson.  We collected nearly $2000 in donations to help VEAP stock their food shelf!  Well-done Jaguars!!

Attention JHS Seniors!

Athletics:

Attention VARSITY lacrosse players you have a meeting in Coach Caters room during the 2nd half of homeroom today.  Boys Varsity only.  Also, Congratulations on the victory last night over Cooper by a score of 29 to 1.  That is the highest score by a Jefferson lacrosse team ever! Congrats guys.  Next we take on Eden Prairie tomorrow night at 530pm at Eden Prairie High School Stadium -- all super fans welcome to attend and bring a friend and make some noise!
