April 12th DAILY ANNOUNCEMENTS

Students please pick up your Diversity Day Peace run/walk registration form in the main office. This form must be turned in to Ms. Espy in the main office by Friday, April 15^th. There will be NO late applications taken.

Students please pick up your Diversity Day Booth applications in the main office. This form must be turned in no later then April 22^nd to the counseling office.

Attention seniors!

The deadline for the senior retreat was extended to this Wednesday due to several requests. Any questions please see Mr. Mousel or Ms. Sheff in the counseling office with questions.

Attention all sophomores and juniors.  There will be two Informational Meetings for next year's Pathfinders this Thursday, April 14th at 7:15 am and 2:20 pm in room C113.  See you then!

12th graders--please bring your ear buds/headphones to homeroom this Wednesday. You will need them for an activity.

Attention juniors: There will be a mandatory ACT information session tomorrow during they 2^nd half of homeroom. You will check in with your homeroom teacher and they will bring you to the auditorium for the meeting.

Detention will be after school today in room C116 at 2:45.

ACTIVITIES:

All Jefferson students and staff: come out to the 1st annual Jefferson Literary Magazine reading and fundraiser Tuesday, April 12 at 6:30 in the Media Center.  There will be student readings, a local author panel, food, and much more.  Bring your parents and your friends.  Any questions see Mr. Hupton in room C5.

Athletics:

Congratulations to the baseball team on their 4-3 win last night over Holy angels.  A special thanks to team members Scott Borman, Isaac Hanson, Sam Irvin, Andrew Laduke, Ben Thompson and Brett Tracy. The Jags take on Saint Louis park this Thursday at Dred scott, 4:30pm start.   

Career center:

Representatives from Empire Beauty School and the University of St. Thomas will be in the Career Center today at 10:30 and 1:00, respectively. If you are interested in learning about either of these schools, please sign up for a pass in the Career Center.

​An Air Force recruiter is scheduled in the Career Center during lunches to​day​ from 11:15-12:15. If you want to learn more about the Air Force, please sign up in the Career Center before lunch.
