DAILY ANNOUNCEMENTS: MAY 9, 2019

*Prom tickets are on sale in the main office before and after school. All fines must be paid before you will be allowed to purchase tickets. Check on Infinite Campus under the fees tab or check at the prom table during lunch to see if you have any outstanding fines. Tickets are $40 each, payable with a check made out to ISD271; please do not come with cash. Guest forms are required for all non-JHS students.  Pick up guest forms from Mrs. Sheff in the Counseling Office.

*Students, please check the Lost and Found tables in Flag Hall for your missing clothing items, lunch boxes, and water bottles. Check in the main office for missing keys, jewelry, small electronics, books, or sporting equipment. Please be honest and take only what actually belongs to you!

*Attention Seniors, all books, book fines and Chromebook fees are due this Friday, May 10th in the Media Center.  If you MUST have a book for class, you need to clear it with the Media Center staff first to be able to keep it longer. Obligations may be viewed in Infinite Campus under Fees. You must take care of your obligations to receive a cap and gown on Tuesday, May 14th. Any student with a book out after Friday, May 24th will be assessed a $5 late fee.  Please see the Media Center staff if you have questions. Thank you!

*Pick up your student council application from the counseling office. Applications are due on Monday, May 13th.  Be involved and share your fantastic ideas about spirit days, dances, finals and anything else to make Jefferson even better.

*Seniors, don’t forget that your graduation fee is due by tomorrow, May 10th. Print and fill out the form that was emailed to you and return it, along with a check made out to ISD271, to Mrs. Duffy in the main office.

*The 4th edition of the Jefferson Literary Magazine, The Crooked Quill, is being released next Tuesday, May 14 at 6:30 PM in the Media Center.  Come out to support all the great writers and artists we have here at Jefferson.  There will be student readings, a guest author panel, and of course, food! Magazines will be on sale for $7.  If you can't make it that evening, but still would like to purchase a magazine, you can see Mr. Hupton in room C5.
