Congratulations to Alexa Schirber for advancing to the final round and finishing 6th in humor at the Southern Minnesota District Speech Tournament over the weekend. Congratulations to our semifinalists as well: Quincy Bryant, Josh Magnus, Priscilla Arroza, Alyssa Creagan, Dora Deak and Ella Marzolf. Finally, congratulations to Ian Klein, who officially qualified to the NSDA National Congressional Debate Tournament in Salt Lake City in June!

Looking for a job or a place to volunteer? Find one at the Bloomington Teen Job Fair today from 5 - 7pm at the Bloomington Civic Plaza. Over 30 businesses and non-profits will be on hand to interview and hire teens. There will also be drawings for gift cards throughout the event. Know your social security number, bring your resume and references, and dress to impress. See you at the Job Fair.
A recruiter from the US Army will be in the Career Center today from 11:15-12:15. If you are interested, please stop in the Career Center and sign up.
Representatives from MSU - Moorhead and MSU - Mankato will visit the Career Center today. Moorhead at 9:00 and Mankato at 2:00. If you are interested in either of these schools, please sign up in the Career Center for a pass.
