ACTIVITIES:
Congratulations Jeremy Kuoch, Nawang Singhe, and
Michelle Wang have been named All Conference for debate.
Congratulations to speech team members who placed in
finals on Saturday: At the Shakopee Tournament: Maren Koester placed 3rd in discussion, Enoni Imasuen placed 3rd
in drama, Paislee Olson placed 6th in prose, Priscilla Arozza placed 7th
in prose, and Michaela Gilbertson placed 7th in ex. reading. At the
Lakeville North Tournament, Kathy Wang placed 3rd in original oratory.
To former Psych I Tri II students.. Please turn in
your books as there is a shortage of them in Mr. Eggers class. The sooner the
better!
This Thursday March 12th there will be a
teen job fair at the Bloomington City Hall from 5pm-7pm. Please come and check
it out there will be prizes and give aways.
Athletics:
Congrats to Andy Pfau for winning the state diving competition over the
weekend at the U of M. He scored 466 points and runner up was at 430.50
points. STATE CHAMPION!!!
The 200-medley relay placed 12th at state- (Jesse Upton, Scott
Blazanin, Noah Becker, Michael Foss)
All boys’ tennis players: the deadline for uniform
orders has been extended. Please get
them to Coach Hupton in room C5 or to Ken Gardner no later than this Thursday,
March 12. Also, remember the fundraising
kickoff is next Tuesday, March 17 right after school in room C5.

Juniors and Seniors:
Trying to decide where to go to school?
There are a number of Colleges visiting the Career
Center this spring! Today, University of Minnesota Rochester will be here at
10:15 and NDSU will be here at 2pm.
St. Thomas and MSU-Mankato are coming this week too,
as well as recruiters from the Army and National Guard. Check out the schedule,
sign up and get a pass in the Career Center. The Career Center website has a
schedule of the visits too.
