CAREER/COLLEGE CENTER:
The following information was emailed to all JHS students:
1. People are calling everyday looking for workers for this summer. Bookmark the Career Center Page and click on the Jobs link for information. You can also find flyers on the bulletin board outside the Career Center and in the Jobs Binder in the Career Center.
2. Complete PGP requirements. Be sure to do the activities in the lessons. The Career Cluster Inventory (9th), Strengths Explorer (10th), Career Interest Profiler (11th) are required to complete in Naviance.
3. For this year's 10th and 11th graders: Meet with one College Rep and one Career Speaker between 10th-12th Grades.
MISC:
*Any student interested in presenting a booth at this year's Diversity Day should turn in their application by this Friday, March 13 to Mr. Hupton in room C5. If you still need an application, you can pick one up in room C5. We are looking for anyone willing to share their cultural traditions and heritage. See Mr. Hupton with any questions.
*Please check the lost and found tables for your missing water bottles, lunch bags, and clothing items. Anything not claimed by the end of the school day on Friday will be donated or repurposed.
