MISC:
*Homecoming court nominations are now being accepted in the counseling office. Nominations will be accepted until 3:30pm tomorrow, Sept. 19th. Nominated students must go to the counseling office to accept in person.
*The Jefferson Cheerleaders will be hosting their annual Jag Jam Dance on Friday, September 21st following the football game. The doors will open at 9:00pm. The dance is casual so you can come straight from the game. They will have door prizes again this year including a GoPro Hero, Minnesota Gopher football tickets, a pair of Wild tickets, Starbucks and Chipotle gift cards and a few Jaguar spirit wear items. You must be present to win and the grand prize will be given away when the dance concludes at 11:30pm. The cheerleaders are selling tickets at lunch every day this week. Tickets are $5 in advance or $7 at the door.
*Any Jefferson Student interested in auditioning for the boys and girls a cappella singing groups can get audition materials outside the choir room (E100) this week. Auditions are anytime before or after school this week and it only takes 3 minutes to audition.
*The first Anime meeting of the year will be on Wednesday, October 3rd. All students are welcome to participate! New this year, students will need to fill out an application complete with a parent signature and turn it in prior to the meeting. Applications can be picked up from Flora Tsukayama in the Cafeteria during all lunches or from the Main Office. See Flora with any questions.
