ACTIVITIES:

Please join the Jefferson Theatre Company for their production of "You Can't Take it with You."  This story is about the eccentric and goofy Sycamore family and the uptight, New York City high society Kirby family. Come see what happens in this lighthearted comedy when the Kirby's son wants to marry the Sycamore’s daughter. Performances are October 5, 6, 7 @ 7pm with matinées on October 7, 8 @ 3pm.

ATHLETICS:

Anyone interested in signing up for the Powderpuff football game for Homecoming week may do so at lunch today.  Signups end next Wednesday.

Join the JHS Cheerleaders at the Jag Jam Dance this Friday, September 15th from 9pm-11:30pm following the football game.  The dance is casual, so you can come straight from the game. Tickets are $5 each and can be purchased from any cheerleader during lunch hours this week or at the door the night of the dance. Each guest will be entered into a drawing for door prizes which include gift cards and a pair of Beats by Dre. Please note that all bags and lanyards will need to be checked at the door and that doors will close to newcomers at 10pm. Once you leave the dance you will not be allowed to re-enter. Plan accordingly!

Stop by the counseling office IN PERSON to nominate a JHS student in your grade for Homecoming Court.  The person being nominated must be in good standing and sign an acceptance form in the Counseling office before being put on the ballot.  

Please accomplish both tasks before 3:30 today.

If you’d like to spend Spring Break in Costa Rica, please consider attending an informational meeting today during the second half of advisory in room C15.

The Homecoming Dance is coming up on Sept. 30th. If you are planning to bring a guest from another school, please pick up a guest form from the Choir room (E100) as soon as possible.
