June 2nd DAILY ANNOUNCEMENTS

ACTIVITIES:

*All Seniors participating in the graduation ceremony on Wednesday, June 7 MUST attend the mandatory rehearsal on Tuesday, June 6 at 3 PM in the cafeteria. Students who do not attend rehearsal will not be allowed to participate in the graduation ceremony. See Ms. Jarvis with any questions.

*Seniors:  all Chromebook equipment is due today. Please turn in your Chromebooks, chargers, and cases during 6th period after final exams. If you do not have a 6th period class, return your equipment to the Media Center before leaving the building after your last class of the term. If equipment is missing or damaged, fines will be assessed. Missing devices will be disabled.

ATHLETICS:

*Boys JV and Varsity Track and Field athletes who do not qualify for the state tournament are required to turn in their uniforms and locks after school today, June 2nd at 2:45.  

*Congratulations to the girls track team on their outstanding performances at the Section 3AA track meet.  Individuals that will be representing Jefferson at the state track and field meet next week will be Elise Longley, Alyssa Lind, and Molly Roach.  

Three relays also earned a trip to the state meet including: the 4x100 team of Kailynn Blanchard, Celena Rea, Julia Benson, and Alyssa Lind.  The 4x200 team of Kailyn Blanchard, Julia Benson, Celena Rea, and Molly Roach.  And the 4x400 team of Elena Hayday, Isabel Fredrickson, Molly Roach, and Alyssa Lind.  

As a team, the girls finished 3rd out of 12 teams beating out a tough Prior Lake team for that spot.  

MISC:

*Students: please check the Lost and Found tables in Flag Hall for any of your missing items. Ask about smaller, non-clothing items or electronic items at the Main Office.
