November 9th DAILY ANNOUNCEMENTS

Seniors: Please remember your graduation cap and gown order is due Thursday, Nov. 10th in the cafeteria during lunch. If you have any questions, see Mrs. Duffy in the main office.

Students: If you are in interested in a class ring the rep will be here Thursday, November, 10th during lunch.

Students who are interested in earning an Honors Diploma at graduation should stop by C20 or the Career Center to pick up an application and a flyer.  There will be an information meeting for seniors during homeroom on November 16th in room C20.  Meredith Aby-Keirstead, our gifted and talented coordinator, is taking Honors Diploma applications through the end of trimester two.

Students participating in optional enrollment programs like PSEO, Online, BCCA, DCTC, DA High School, and SPOTS: Please stop by the Main Office to pick up your optional enrollment ID. All students who leave the building during the day or participate in optional enrollment programs are required to carry their ID with them at all times.


ACTIVITIES:

Jefferson Theatre Company Proudly Presents “Charlie and the Chocolate Factory” Come see young Charlie Bucket and her Grandpa Joe as they join a small group of contest winners who get to tour the magical and mysterious factory of eccentric candy maker Willy Wonka. Nov. 16-19 at Jefferson High School.

JTC auditions for "Inherit the Wind"  will be Monday, November 21 & Tuesday, November 22 at 5:30 – 7:30 pm.  

Congratulations to Isabel Mathias and Charles Maki for placing as 9th and 10th speakers in public forum debate at the Apple Valley tournament last weekend.  Apple Valley's Minneapple Tournament was one of the largest tournament in the nation last weekend so it is a big deal that they stood out in such a crowded field of competitors!

CAREER CENTER:
If you took the PSAT in October and would like your test booklet, please see Ms. Linscheid in the Career Center.

The following representatives will be in the Career Center tomorrow: Drake University at 8:15, National Guard 11:15-12:15, and South Dakota State University at 1:00.  If you would like to meet with any of these reps, please sign up in the Career Center to get a pass.

If you haven't received your Practice ACT results, please pick them up in the Career Center.
