ACTIVITIES:
Students interested in
learning more about the Bloomington Career and College Academy please
attend an informational meeting on Wednesday, Dec. 16 during homeroom.
The meeting will take place in the cafeteria. Check in with your homeroom
teacher first then come to the cafeteria. If you have any questions
please see Mr. Hall in the main office.
Attention: Students there will be a Sadie’s Dance
Saturday, December 19th from 8pm-11pm in the cafeteria. Tickets will
be sold Monday thru Wednesday next week at lunchtime for $5.00. Be sure to
check the obligation list first so you may go to the dance.
Congratulations to the
Jefferson math team for an exceptional performance last night. The team placed
in 5th for the meet. They are currently in 6th for the season. Ashley
Neuenfeldt and Adeline Vacura both earned perfect scores on event B.
Interested in graduating with an honors Diploma? Come
to the informational meeting this Wednesday, December 16th during
the 2nd half of homeroom in room C20. Any questions or you can’t
make the meeting contact Ms. Aby in room C20.
The Literary Magazine meeting for today is cancelled. We will meet
again after break.
Athletics:
Attention all boys who may be interested in Boys Track and Field, please
come to a meeting during homeroom this Wednesday, December 16th in
C127 with Mr. Leverenz.
All baseball players that sold cookie dough, the delivery is tomorrow at 2:15pm in
the cafeteria. Be sure to pick up your cookie dough before 2:30pm tomorrow.
Career center:
A recruiter for the
Army will be in the Career Center on Tuesday, December 15 during
lunches. Please sign up in the Career Center if you would like to find
out more.
