Career center:
The
University of Minnesota’s Graduate Program in Neuroscience and the Department
of Neuroscience are holding the 17th annual Minnesota State Brain Bee competition,
which is a competition that is held to foster interest in neuroscience at the
high-school level. Competitors will be
quizzed on subjects such as memory, learning, brain anatomy, drugs and
neurological diseases during both the computerized preliminary round and final
state competition. Please email Meredith Aby-Keirstead at maby@isd271.org to get
the information packet and to register.
The competition is free and winners can get money prizes!
